{"id":534,"date":"2018-08-13T17:32:37","date_gmt":"2018-08-13T17:32:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.restaurantscadaques.com\/taps-dulces-una-delicia-nacida-en-cadaques\/"},"modified":"2018-08-13T17:34:28","modified_gmt":"2018-08-13T17:34:28","slug":"taps-dolcos-una-delicia-nascuda-a-cadaques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.restaurantscadaques.com\/ca\/taps-dolcos-una-delicia-nascuda-a-cadaques\/","title":{"rendered":"Taps dol\u00e7os una del\u00edcia nascuda a Cadaqu\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des de temps ancestrals els pescadors de Cadaqu\u00e9s han consumit els famosos Taps acompanyats amb rom, un licor molt conegut a Catalunya gr\u00e0cies a les travessies a trav\u00e9s de la mar al continent americ\u00e0, que es va convertir en l&#8217;acompanyant ideal d&#8217;aquests exquisits bescuits.<\/p>\n<p>Els taps dol\u00e7os es segueixen preparant a Cadaqu\u00e9s amb receptes que han estat transmesos de generaci\u00f3 en generaci\u00f3, convertint-se en una de les postres m\u00e9s degustats per turistes i pels propis habitants d&#8217;aquest singular municipi catal\u00e0; seguidament et deixem la recepta de taps dol\u00e7os considerada com la m\u00e9s tradicional.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recepta per preparar Taps de Cadaqu\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grams (\u00bc de quilo) de farina de blat.<\/li>\n<li>150 grams de sucre refinada.<\/li>\n<li>3 ous.<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de mantega.<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de de mat\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>50 ml. D&#8217;oli oliva verge.<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de llevat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Separar les clares dels ous i batre-a punt de neu, afegir el rovell dels ous i el sucre i batre fins que s&#8217;obtingui una mescla homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Batre el mat\u00f3, la mantega i l&#8217;oli i afegir a la barreja obtinguda.<\/li>\n<li>Tamisar la farina de blat amb el llevat i afegir a poc a poc a la barreja batent constantment en forma circular.<\/li>\n<li>Col \u00b7 locar la massa obtinguda en els motlles per taps, si no es disposa d&#8217;ells es pots utilitzar motlles per cupcakes, despr\u00e9s es col\u00b7loquen al forn a 140 \u00b0 C per aproximadament mitja hora, tenint cura que quedin daurats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ara ja pots gaudir d&#8217;uns aut\u00e8ntics taps de Cadaqu\u00e9s, els pots acompanyar amb una mica de rom i veur\u00e0s el deliciosos que s\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des de temps ancestrals els pescadors de Cadaqu\u00e9s han consumit els famosos Taps acompanyats amb rom, un licor molt conegut a Catalunya gr\u00e0cies a les travessies a trav\u00e9s de la mar al continent americ\u00e0, que es va convertir en l&#8217;acompanyant ideal d&#8217;aquests exquisits bescuits.
