L’amanida de mongetes i bacall\u00e0, millor coneguda com Empedrat, \u00e9s una de les receptes m\u00e9s delicioses i al mateix temps saludables que podem aconseguir en la cuina tradicional catalana, una de les seves principals avantatges\u00a0es que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de preparar, a continuaci\u00f3 et mostrem la seva recepta.
\n<\/p>\n

Per preparar aquest delici\u00f3s plat per a un estimat de quatre persones, necessitarem 400 grams de mongetes pr\u00e8viament cuites, 150 grams de bacall\u00e0 dessalat, uns 150 grams de ceba picada i 50 grams d’olives, tamb\u00e9 podrem afegir tom\u00e0quet o pebre vermell si volem afegir una mica m\u00e9s de gust de la nostra recepta.<\/p>\n

Aquesta amanida sol anar acompanyada de vinagreta, si desitges preparar una deliciosa vinagreta nom\u00e9s necessites barrejar una tassa de vinagre de vi blanc, amb un raig d’oli d’oliva i afegir sal i pebre al nostre gust, despr\u00e9s nom\u00e9s hem de barrejar tots els ingredients fins que la barreja es torni homog\u00e8nia.<\/p>\n

El primer pas per a la nostra amanida \u00e9s cuinar les mongetes, abans de cuinar-les hem de deixar-remullant al voltant de 12 hores, tamb\u00e9 podem utilitzar mongetes en conserva, per\u00f2 hem de procurar rentar ja que aquestes posseeixen un sabor molt intens i salat. Despr\u00e9s hem picar la ceba en trossos petits, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 el tom\u00e0quet i el pebre vermell si desitges afegir.<\/p>\n

Despr\u00e9s hem de barrejar la bagra dessalat amb la ceba, el tom\u00e0quet, el pebre vermell, les olives i la vinagreta, les mongetes la afegirem d’\u00faltimes, \u00e9s important mantenir aquest platet correctament refrigerat fins al moment de ser consumit, pel fet que les mongetes s\u00f3n un ingredient molt delicat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
